What this website offers
This site publishes general educational information about crypto-assets and blockchain technology, and a form for sending an inquiry to Chain Knowledge Hub. It is an information site only. Chain Knowledge Hub is not a registered dealer, adviser, trading platform or money services business. It does not hold, trade or transfer crypto-assets for anyone, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation. Use the form for questions about the published information. Please leave passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys and account numbers out of your message, because an inquiry never needs them.
This site gives information, not advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a suggestion to buy, sell, hold or transfer any crypto-asset. The guides explain ideas and risks in general terms and cannot take account of your income, goals or circumstances. Chain Knowledge Hub does not rate, rank or endorse any coin, token, exchange, wallet or company. Decisions about crypto-assets are yours to make, ideally after speaking with a qualified professional who is registered to advise you.
Replies to your inquiry
The inquiry form asks only for your name, your email address and your message. By sending it you agree that Chain Knowledge Hub may reply to the email address you entered, and only about your inquiry. We reply by email. Reading this site does not require you to agree to anything, and the form does not put you on a mailing list. We send no marketing email without your consent, and if you ever receive a message from us that you do not want, tell us at office38@chainknowledgehub.shop and we will stop writing to you.
Accuracy, links and reuse
The guides are written as general information, but this area changes quickly. Rules, products and risks can change, so a page may be out of date. Check current details with official sources before you act. Links lead to websites run by other organizations. They have their own terms and policies, and Chain Knowledge Hub does not control them. Please do not copy text, images or layouts from this site for another use without permission from Chain Knowledge Hub. This site gives no prices, fees or rates, because they change.
Applicable law and where you live
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Chain Knowledge Hub has its principal office and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The information on this site is general and is meant for readers across Canada. Rules for crypto-assets and for consumers differ by province and territory. This does not take away any consumer protection that the law of your own province or territory gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Whenever these terms are revised, the new text replaces the old on this page together with an updated date, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revision.
